The cleaning processes will involve the following as applicable:

Extraction:

• Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed.
• The carpet is then pre-conditioned with a chemical reagent that liquefies soils and oil-based substances which may be present in the carpet fibers.
• Gum or visible residue will be removed.
• Using an extraction machine, the carpets will be extracted.

Low Moisture Extraction

• Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed.
• The carpet is then pre-conditioned with a chemical reagent that liquefies soils and oil-based substances which may be present in the carpet fibers.
• Gum or visible residue will be removed.
• Using a low moisture extraction machine, the carpeting is then extracted.
• This allows the carpeted area to be returned to use in a shorter period of time.

Shampooing

• Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed.
• The carpet is then pre-conditioned with a chemical reagent that liquefies soils and oil-based substances which may be present in the carpet fibers.
• Gum or visible residue will be removed.
• The carpet will be thoroughly shampooed using a shampooing machine.
• Upon completion, the solution will be extracted using an extractor.
