Our in-house service uses both machine and hand cleaning as required.

Light Cleaning

• Tiles will be vacuumed or swept to pick up and loose dirt.
• We will apply an alkaline tile and grout cleaning solution.
• Using a machine, we will scrub the grout lines and tile areas.
• Using a grout brush, we will scrub the corners and hard to reach areas.
• The floors will be rinsed thoroughly with a neutral cleaner.
• Excess water will be vacuumed using a wet vacuum.

Heavy Cleaning

• Using a machine, we will scrub the grout lines and tile areas.
• Using a grout brush, we will scrub the corners and hard to reach areas.
• The floors will be rinsed thoroughly with a neutral cleaner.
• Excess water will be vacuumed using a wet vacuum.
